At EduConsult Africa, we want every resource you purchase — CATs, worksheets, past papers, and study materials — to genuinely support your learning. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All resources sold on this site are digital downloads delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a download link has been issued or the file has been accessed — we’re unable to offer refunds simply due to a change of mind.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will happily refund or replace your purchase if:

• You were charged but did not receive a working download link due to a technical error on our end
• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or doesn’t match its description
• You were charged more than once for the same item due to a payment processing error

How to Request a Refund

If any of the above applies to you, contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your M-Pesa transaction code and the name of the resource:

• Or email benjamin@educonsultafrica.com

We aim to resolve all refund requests within 2 business days.
