The people behind the practice — a combined base of experience built since 2017.
Benjamin leads EduConsult Africa and also serves as Director of Academics at sister company TMC. He holds a B.Ed. (Science) in Mathematics & Physics from Moi University, is a registered teacher with the Teachers Service Commission of Kenya, and holds NITA certification as a trainer. His 22-year career spans classroom teaching, school principalship, curriculum consultancy and national-level awards judging.
Holds an MBA from the University of Nairobi and is a founder member and Managing Consultant of Avaya Business Simulations. A business consultant and trainer with over 18 years’ experience across Kenya and the wider East and Southern African region, specialising in Leadership, Management, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Sales & Marketing, Branding and Business Development.
A senior Physics educator and academic leader with over 15 years’ experience across Cambridge International, Pearson Edexcel, AQA, IB and AP programmes. Heads the Physics department at Premier Academy, Nairobi, and is a Certified Physics and Chemistry Moderator for Cambridge International, Pearson Edexcel and IB.
A Mathematics and Science teacher holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Mathematics and Science) from the University of Nairobi, with a strong track record preparing students for IGCSE and Edexcel qualifying exams. Combines an inquiry-based teaching style in science with differentiated instruction, adapting lessons to the varied needs and abilities of every learner.
A researcher, writer, curricularist, educator and school leader with academic training in education, curriculum studies, geography and religious studies, and extensive teaching and school leadership experience across Kenya, Cameroon and Ghana. Holds a Master of Education in Curriculum Studies & Instruction and drives the firm’s consultancy, proposal-writing and curriculum-benchmarking work.
An administrative professional with a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy, experienced in training coordination, student admissions, branch operations, customer service and CRM-based client communication. Provides front office, client communication and administrative support for the firm’s day-to-day operations.
